8 Week Extreme Bootcamp

Whether you are new to working out, or ready to take yourself to the next level, let our small group personal training class work for you. This 8 week class is offered twice a week and we have both morning and evening sessions designed to work around your busy schedule. Class price includes t-shirt, customized fitness plan for you, and a free personal training session as well.  Class size is limited to only 12 participants so sign up early.
