We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Annual Cruise-In for a Cause Car Show and Cornhole Tournament and would be honored to have you participate by entering your car or supporting this meaningful event as a sponsor. All proceeds benefit the YMCA’s Annual Campaign, which helps families in need access vital youth and family programs, while also providing Christmas presents to those facing hardship during the holiday season.

Bring the whole family out for food, fun, and community—we’ve got something for everyone! 🍂

This YMCA T-shirt fundraiser helps fuel our 2026 Community Impact Campaign, making it possible to provide life-changing programs like swim lessons, youth development, and financial assistance for families in need. Every shirt purchased helps ensure that everyone—regardless of their ability to pay—can learn, grow, and thrive at the Y.

Dancing Through the Decades

Your ticket to a night of nostalgia is waiting!

Dust off your favorite decade and join us for the West Chatham YMCA Throwback Dance Party on September 26. From the ’70s to the 2000s, we’re bringing the music, memories, and fun back to the dance floor. Enjoy a live DJ, photo booth, light refreshments, and a chance to win bragging rights for the best throwback look.

Join us for an unforgettable throwback celebration filled with music from every decade, classic prom photo ops, fun contests, and a whole lot of Y community magic — all while raising funds that directly support programs that strengthen families, kids, and our community.

Tickets:

$25 per person — cheaper than your original prom and 100% less cringe.

Child Watch: $10 per child — we’ll handle the tiny humans while you live your best prom life.

VIP Table: $250 — VIP Table: $250 — your crew, your table, your impact.

Because this is your second‑chance Prom, the dress code is simple: wear whatever makes you feel fabulous. Glam, casual, or full‑blown decade cosplay — just bring your moves and your big Y heart.

Join us for a SPOOK-tacular evening at the Liberty County ASYMCA in our parking lot. Come in costume for a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience OR be a sponsor and donate your trunk in a silly, scary or funny manner. Prizes for best trunk and costume will be awarded.
