American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED training gives you the information and skills you need to help adults, children, and infants during breathing, cardiac, and first aid emergencies. Taught in a blended learning environment: online training plus classroom skill work.

Lifeguard Certification

Register now to get American Red Cross lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certified.
*Completion of course does not intend YMCA employment.*
Requirements:
- Complete 7 hours of online training prior to class.
- Able to swim 300 yards without stopping
- Complete 10lb brick retrieval in 9 foot water depth
- Tread water for 2 minutes
- Must be 15 years old on first day of class
