Recreational Gymnastics
The sport of gymnastics is a great way to develop body awareness and coordination, build confidence and independence, and learn social skills and good sportsmanship.
The gymnastics program is dedicated to producing successful gymnasts by providing a fun, safe and motivating atmosphere that enhances physical and mental well-being while encouraging all gymnasts to reach their full potential.
We offer a variety of boys and girls recreational and preschool gymnastics classes. Class programs are based on skills as defined by USA Gymnastics. Required skills must be mastered at each level before advancing to the next class. The gymnastics program also offers tumbling classes, summer camps, open gym, and other special activities throughout the year.

We leverage the excitement and passion around recreational and competitive programming to create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models.
Learning – back handsprings, tucks, combination tumbling, on bars learning kips, back hip circles, on beams, cartwheels, dismounting and handstand hold.
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 classes per month.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are a great way to introduce gymnastics to anyone! With one-on-one experience from trained coaches, we are determined to help your little one achieve the goals of their dreams. Our Y has a wide range of programs for you and your child. This will also help get your little one ready for our recreational gymnastics’ classes, competition gymnastics, or even some cheerleading!
Private lessons will be held Monday-Friday, any time between 4:00pm-7:00pm.
- 30 minutes sessions will be $25.00
- 1hr sessions will be $50.00
