AOA Wellness Day Expo: Vender Registration
Active Older Adults Wellness Day Expo! This vibrant community wellness event is designed to engage, inspire, and support fun-loving adults in prioritizing their health and wellness through a variety of interactive activities, health screenings, and demonstrations.
Saturday, April 12th, from 10 am – 2 pm at the Habersham YMCA
Vendor Fee:

Chili Cook Off
CHILI COOK OFF RULES
• Contestants may register as an individual or team. Check-in begins at 4PM. Registration is non-refundable.
- Chili Contestants: $25
• Chili is defined as any kind of meat, beans or combination of meats and beans, cooked with chili peppers, various other spices, and other ingredients. Please note, you are responsible for bringing toppings like cheese and sour cream if desired.
• Please label Meat, Vegetarian or Vegan.
• A prepared eight-quart minimum amount is required for each entry. Please try to bring your chili warm to save heating time. Chili must be served from Crockpot or other slow cooker.
• During the serving time, contestants are responsible for maintaining the proper temperature and condition of their entries for serving.
• The three individuals/teams receiving the most vote tickets by individuals and Judges will receive a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, YMCA Spirit Award.
• Each person/team is responsible for:
1) Maintaining the cleanliness and order of their serving area during the tasting
2) Thoroughly cleaning their area at the end of the event
3) Removing all items from the area. No items shall be allowed to remain after the close of the event. Any items remaining after the event will be discarded.

Island Games
The Tybee Island YMCA’s Island Games is a multi-day series of events and challenges that will culminate with an awards dinner. The Island Games event series is designed to foster team spirit, collaboration, and healthy living through engaging challenges and activities. This event will bring together Tybee businesses as teams for a memorable experience that will strengthen relationships, promote healthy competition, and build a stronger connection between colleagues – all while celebrating the spirit of our community and our Tybee charm. The Y is committed to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of social responsibility. Proceeds raised from the Island Games will go to support programming for the Tybee Island YMCA through its Annual Campaign.
